Train & track
The notes app was never going to tell you if it worked
Log the session as you do it, and the numbers that matter build themselves. Snatch, total, Sinclair, RPE, splits. Your sport’s language, not a generic rep counter.
Free on iOS, Android and web.
How a session goes
Four things happen, and you only do the first one
Log the set while you are still under the bar
Weight, reps and RPE per set, with your last session on the same screen so you know what you are chasing.
Your numbers update themselves
PRs, totals and volume recalculate as you go. Nothing to transfer into a spreadsheet afterwards.
Apple Health fills in the rest
Sleep, heart rate and daily activity sync across on their own, so readiness sits next to the training that caused it.
Your coach sees it without asking
If you train with a coach on Strength Academy, the session is in front of them the moment you finish it.
