Common questions
How do I reset my password?
On the sign-in screen, tap “Forgot password” and enter your email — we’ll send a reset link. If it doesn’t arrive, check your spam folder or contact us below.
How do I manage or cancel a subscription?
Open Profile → Settings → Billing in the app, or your account page on the website, to view and manage your subscription. For purchase questions, choose “Billing & purchases” below.
How do I delete my account and data?
In the app, go to Profile → Settings → Delete account and confirm. This permanently removes your account and personal data. You can also request deletion by emailing us.
