For powerlifting coaches
Powerlifting coaching app for squat, bench and deadlift programming
With Strength Academy you program the squat, bench press, deadlift and their variations by percentage of 1RM, by RPE or both. Lifters log RPE on every set, you see how it moves against intensity week by week, and each meet result keeps its attempts with video and a DOTS score.

How to coach powerlifting in Strength Academy
Program by percentage and RPE
Prescribe a percentage, a percentage range or an RPE target per exercise, or both. Variations such as a pause squat link to their parent lift, so the percentage comes from the right max, and the lifter sees kilograms.
Start from the powerlifting exercise list
Pick from 45 powerlifting exercises with their pause positions, or add your own. Wave rows let one lift carry a top set and back-off sets, each with its own reps, percentage and RPE.
Read RPE across the block
Lifters log RPE on every set from 6 to 10 in half steps. You see their average RPE per lift each week and RPE against percentage of 1RM, so you can see when the same load starts to feel heavier.
Peak for the meet
The cycle planner has peaking and taper phases, and target lifts per phase tick off when the lifter logs a matching set. After the meet you record three attempts per lift, made or missed, with video, and the DOTS score is saved with them.
What your lifters track
A heavier single, double, triple or five in training updates that rep max on its own. The lifter’s training story also shows an estimated 1RM from sets of up to 10 reps.
