Stay healthy

“Rest it for two weeks” is not a training plan

Tell the app where it hurts and which positions aggravate it, and your programme works around those positions instead of writing off the block. Built by a physiotherapist and weightlifter researching sport performance at the University of Lausanne.

How the adaptation works

One sore position should not cost you the whole lift

Athlete Premium · Beta

  1. Say where it hurts

Pick the joint or area, then answer a short set of questions about which positions actually aggravate it.

  2. It works out what to avoid, not what to stop

The answers narrow it to specific positions rather than banning a whole lift on the strength of one sore rep.

  3. Your program adapts around it

Affected movements get swapped for the nearest thing that does not provoke it, and the rest of your week stays intact.

  4. You keep training

Which is the entire point. Most athletes stop, lose the block, and start again three weeks behind.
