For HYROX coaches
HYROX coach app for race preparation
In Strength Academy you build HYROX sessions from runs and the eight race stations, with target paces or watts worked out from each athlete’s 5K, 10K or erg results. Athletes record their station bests and race results, and you see their run volume, pace and race times in one client view.

How to coach HYROX in Strength Academy
Build the session
Choose For Time, Rounds For Time, AMRAP, EMOM or intervals, then add runs, SkiErg, rowing, sled push, sled pull, burpees, farmers carry, lunges and wall balls. You can add your own movements as well.
Set paces from PRs
Give each run or erg piece a pace or a wattage, or let the app work it out from the athlete’s 5K, 10K, half marathon, marathon or erg PR.
Put runs, ergs and strength in one week
Erg blocks take intervals by distance, time or calories. Run blocks cover tempo, intervals, fartlek and zone 2, with heart-rate zones. Squat and sled strength days sit in the same week, so the athlete has one plan.
Track races and results
Athletes log each HYROX race with its division (Open, Pro, Doubles, Pro Doubles or Relay), finish time and partners, and you can add races for them. Their client view shows race times next to station bests, run kilometres, average pace and how much of the plan they completed.
What your HYROX athletes record
Athletes keep their results under Running and HYROX in their records, and you see the same numbers on their client page. Run kilometres and pace come from the runs they track in the app.
- Station bests at race distance
