Get the reply sheet
The 30-day calendar gets you posting. This sheet gets posts to ask for a message. Use it with the calendar that comes with it: start with the three opinion posts in bold in the calendar: days 3, 12 and 22, and change Comment to Reply. Days 7, 18 and 27 are reserve ideas. Then count the messages that come in. Type your email and the PDF opens right here.
Where it hurts
Content usually stalls in one of three places: nothing is planned, there is no time to film, or the posts never ask anyone for a message. Miss one of the three and the feed goes quiet.
How it gets fixed
The calendar gives every day a format, a topic and a hook. The one-sitting plan puts the filming into about 90 minutes a week. The reply sheet changes the calls to action, because in the calendar only 2 of the 13 posted days ask for a message.
Client stories and lift breakdowns come from work you already do. Your athletes log their sets in the app and you see programmed versus completed, so a post can start from a real log and not a memory. The Insights tab beside the week you write shows volume against the previous week (for loads in kilos, or percentages once the athlete’s max is entered), intensity on the main lifts and the balance panel. Check-in forms collect the words for a client story, with their yes.
The Content package in Strength Academy connects Instagram and creates videos and carousels from your own clips.

Three days of the calendar
The calendar sets three posts a week. These are days 1, 3 and 5. Day 3 says Comment in the calendar: here it is changed to Reply. Everything in [brackets] is yours to fill in.
- Day 1, L (lift breakdown): on screen, “[weight] x [reps] at RPE [x]. Watch the bar.” Beats: the lift, the RPE, one cue. Call to action: Follow.
- Day 3, O (opinion): “Stop choosing between percentages and RPE.” Beats: what % tells you, what RPE tells you, how you use both. Call to action: Reply.
- Day 5, C (client story): “A client wrote ‘[their exact words]’. This is what I changed.” Beats: their words, the change, the next check-in. Call to action: Reply.
