How many hours a week does nutrition coaching take?
Multiply the number of nutrition clients by the minutes each one takes you in a week, then divide by 60. Count three things per client: building or changing the meal plan, answering food questions, and reading the food log or photos. Ten clients at an hour each is ten hours, a quarter of a 40-hour week. Time two or three real clients for a week before you trust your guess.
Is the saving a real result?
No. The saving is a share you set yourself. It starts at 30% only so the page has a number to show. We have not measured it across coaches, so change it to what you believe fits your clients, or set it to 0 and read the hours alone.
Once you know the hours
Start with the numbers your clients ask about most. Protein and Macros, Plainly explains protein, calories and macros in plain words you can paste into a reply.
In Strength Academy you build a weekly meal plan from recipes, and your client gets the shopping list. You set macro targets and read the food they log.
