See what is in your program in thirty seconds
Paste one training week. Get a read of weekly volume, intensity and movement balance, up to three things worth a second look, and a prompt to take the same week to your own AI.
One exercise per line, with sets and reps like 5x5 and an optional percentage or RPE. Start a new day with a line such as Day 2 or Tuesday. Your text stays in this browser.
Paste a week above and the read appears here.
How do I check whether a training week has the right volume?
Count the hard sets for each movement pattern (squat, hinge, push, pull, single leg and core), then look at how many of those sets are light, moderate, heavy and top end, and how the sets spread across the days. Compare the numbers with the goal of the block. A gap is a question to answer. It does not show the week is wrong.
Does this tool use AI?
The read on this page does not. It is a fixed set of counts and checks that runs in your browser and never sends your week anywhere. Below it you can copy a prompt to take the same week to your own Claude or ChatGPT for a second read, and you should check what comes back against your own judgement.
After the read
Need a block to start from? The 12-Block Starter Library has twelve outlines in % of 1RM and RPE. Reading a fault or a weak link? Program by Diagnosis goes from the fault to the variation.
In a Strength Academy trial you can import a whole program from Excel, CSV, PDF or a photo and see volume and intensity beside the week.
