I'm an Icelandic endurance coach specialising in triathlon, cycling and running. I came to the sport as an age-group athlete myself — first marathon in 2007, first Ironman in 2013 — and I'm the only Icelander to have finished both the Swissman and Patagonia Extreme Ironman. I hold an MSc in Exercise Science and I'm an Elite Coach with the Peaks Coaching Group. I helped found one of Iceland's first triathlon clubs. Today I coach people online and locally, and I also use endurance training as a weight-management tool to help everyday people get into the best shape of their lives.

    Filter by sport, or sort by the most reviewed or the top rated. Star ratings come from the coach’s own clients and program buyers.

  2. Get in touch

    Message the coach, book a session or buy one of their programs from their page. Messaging and buying need a free Strength Academy account.

  3. Train in the app

    Your coach writes your training in the Strength Academy app and you log every session there. Your coach sets the price of their coaching, and the app is free for athletes who train with a coach.
